COURSE DESCRIPTION: This interactive training is intended for acupuncturists and acupuncture students who are interested in building a Community Acupuncture practice from the start-up stage through success. Taught by colleagues who have hands-on experience as Community Acupuncture clinic owners and practitioners. Participants will have enough information, forms, and structural guidelines to shape and develop their acupuncture practice around a sustainable business model.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
- Assimilate statistical data to understand need for community acupuncture clinics.
- Learn nuts and bolts of how to set-up and run a community acupuncture clinic.
- Learn how to market your clinic by knowing your patients, your community and yourself.
- Develop clinical treatment strategies for use in a community acupuncture clinic.
- Learn from experienced Community Acupuncture owners what works and what to avoid.
