1. Unless you chose an expedited shipping option, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. In most cases, you will receive it much sooner than that.
2. If you want us to ship outside of the U.S., please call your order in to (240) 405-7878.
3. If you order here online and chose the option to pick up your merchandise at the clinic, please print out your order receipt and bring it with you. We will have your order in the system, but bringing your receipt with you is a good idea, too.
4. If we're out of a particular size or color, or have anything on backorder, don't worry, we'll contact you and let you know.
5. All sales are final, unless you just need to swap out for a better size. In which case, it's best to come in to the clinic to do the exchange.
